After returning home from a trip to the desert last month, I was inspired to engage in a series of micro wellness tweaks. You can hear me talk about them in this episode:
After sharing this episode on social, I received a number of requests for the wellness brew I mentioned on the show. But of course, in yet another sign that I am well on my way to becoming my Mom (who is my adulting muse, by the way) my first thought was, well, I don’t have a recipe—I just eyeball things in a saucepan!
That said, part of my drive in life is to be useful, so the next batch I made I backwards engineered the eyeballing into a pan to derive measurements. And I wanted to provide a downloadable PDF for my paid community. I know a lot of people who share my love of recipe binders, and I discovered with the development of my pie planner that I delight in intersecting my drive to be useful with my passion for design.
